78 minutes til closing

It is quiet here in the hospital today ... it's my turn to cover the consult service on the weekend. So far, my 'coverage' has consisted of approximately 3 minutes of patient contact, 45 minutes of digging through computer records and 15 minutes of face-time with the rounding attending.

And I am done.

I've already had a chocolate croissant.
I've already read a very technical review of AV blocks.

I think I'll go take pictures of this crazy hospital -- truly, the layout of the building drives me nuts ... but I will admit it looks nice today because of the falling snow in the courtyards that no one can access.
I couldn't figure out how to put pics into the posting...so they're all added separately, until I can figure it out.

Door to Door time..2 secs

Ah a Wendy's in the hospital...but what's this right next to it?
Academic Cardiology Department. Excellent.

The Tunnel

One of my favorite parts of the hospital, the Star Trek tunnel to the other hospitals...and to Wendy's.

Wendy's

This is a WENDY's in the hospital...

And this is the Cardiology Dept

And this is the Cardiology Dept right next to the Wendy's -- literally 5 ft from the entrance.

Star Trek Tunnel

My favorite part of the hospital -- it's cheesy in a 70's way but I like it.

WTF?!?!

The sign says 'EXIT' -- but do they really expect me to try to walk into the randomly circular and divided mirror?

WTF part 2?!?!?!

Ok, which way is OUT??

Fuchsia et al...

The colors are interesting at first...but quickly becoming annoying, at least to me.
